A food plan can be a helpful tool when looking to find freedom from food. Depending on where we are on our journey, and our history with eating and dieting, food plans can vary wildly. When we can no longer rely on our intuition, a very precise food plan can be helpful. As we grow and change, so will our need for boundaries around food. I can help you with a food plan at any stage of your journey. The goal of a food plan is to enhance physical, emotional, and, spiritual well-being.

To support you to find a food plan which will help you to find peace with emotional over or under eating, and to support you to achieve your personal health goals.

Everyone has pain points when it comes to achieving full physical and emotional wellness. I’ll work closely with you to help identify and overcome your triggers.
Integrative
Since achieving wellness is more than just exercise and diet, I’ll be guiding you toward other helpful practices such as mindfulness training, cooking tips, shopping advice, and more.
