How many sessions will I need?
Most people will need at least two. Some people will need regular support for several weeks or months, and once they are settled on their plan, they may only need an occasional check in.
What if I don’t need a full hour session?
Initially we will need at least an hour for each session. If finances are an issue, sessions can be reduced to 30 minutes, after a few weeks. 30-minute sessions are half price.
What if I don’t like cooking?
That’s no problem at all. We can adapt the plan to foods that don’t require cooking or foods that can be bought readymade.
What will i need to prepare before my first session?
I will ask for a three-day food diary and I will send you a health questionnaire to fill in.
What if I am concerned about a family members’ eating habits?
It can be very tough living with a family member who is either over or under eating. If the family member is an adult, they will need to make the decision for themselves whether or not they want to change the way they eat. I would be happy to take a call and discuss this, but I can’t help if the family member themselves does not want to change.
Are you going to tell me that i can’t eat anything nice?
Well, this will depend on your history with food and how much change you want to make to your diet! I meet everyone where they are at, and if having a few treats is something that doesn’t cause any adverse reactions for you then I would encourage you to enjoy them!
