Long Term Goal

Quick fixes for weight loss work in the short term, but tend not to last long term. To last long term we need to understand our own unique relationship with food. Firstly, we need to understand which foods and eating behaviours trigger us to mindlessly eat more than we need. Secondly, we need to identify how we use food for comfort, when what we really need is more self awareness, a hug, some sleep, a good chat, or some fresh air.

Virtual or In Person

Coaching can be done virtually, via Skype, Zoom, or Whatsapp. We can also do sessions in your home, at the supermarket, or at restaurants.
