Our Relationship With Food

A definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over, expecting a different result.  If you feel that your relationship with food is in some ways insane, you are not alone. I felt the same way for years. I tried lots of things, lots of times –  to be more disciplined, to be more relaxed, to keep myself busy, but I always kept getting pulled back into poor eating habits that left me feeling bloated, unwell, and miserable.

The First Step

The first step to a more balanced relationship with food is to first admit that we are out of balance.

Virtual or In Person

Coaching can be done virtually, via Skype, Zoom, or Whatsapp. We can also do sessions in your home, at the supermarket, or at restaurants.

What next?

We all know that diets that are too restrictive don’t last, but we also know that eating whatever we want, whenever we want, doesn’t work either. The answer lies somewhere in between these two extremes.

I help people to work out where their personal sweet spot is. The aim is to reach a healthy weight and work towards a diet that is delicious, but not so delicious that it lights up our brain to the point where we find ourselves tipping into hedonistic, over consumption.
